Fisherman’s Digest is a fishing travelogue featuring host John Bergsma. He travels in and around the Great Lakes to identify the best locations for fishing while also highlighting the destination’s community. The show takes its viewers step by step on where to fish, how to catch the fish and introduces them to new vacation destinations for those who love the outdoors.

The website offers weekly updated fishing reports for over 60 lakes and ports around the Great Lakes, recipes of the month, and general information about destinations around the U.S. and Canada.
